We offer a 10% refund/discount to orders of 10 items or more.
10% will be refunded to your account providing payment has been received within 14 days of receiving goods. Please contact us for further details.
On receipt of payment we will aim to ship within two working days, however if your goods are not in stock we aim to ship within one week . If for any reason we cannot fullfil your order, we will contact you within 2 working days to let you know why and offer a refund. We carry a small stock but most of our items are made to order.
For team orders payment is due before we post out unless otherwise agreed in advance.
We post second class with Royal Mail and have proof of posting. On large orders we use a next day courier service.
Payment is taken through Paypal if you require a different payment method please contact us for details we can take card paymet over the phone.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased from our online store. They can only be used on our website. Special orders and team orders maybe excluded from our voucher scheme.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash (but call us to discuss!) and no change will be given.
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our photographs but colours may vary slightly from their appearance in the pictures.
We can post fabric swatches if needed before placing an order.
As we design and manufacture everything here on site, designs occasionally change slightly as they garment evolves, we do try to update photos asap.
